Addixx Inert Box(es) IB-Al-SV-EXI*

The Addixx Inert Box IB-Al-SV-EXI is made of aluminium; it features
a hinged lid (top) which can quickly be opened and closed by means of
two snap closures.
The Inert Box is equipped with a gas inlet port, a gas outlet connection,
a window in the lid for irradiating and a security closure connected with
our Security Timer Box IM-TSD-3. It is suitable for stationary irradiation after inertisation with a short wavelength emmiting excimer radiator
(e. g. 172 nm, VUV).
The Inert Box will be supplied with two valves for closing the Inert Box
before irradiating.
