Die Addixx Inert-Box K-SV besteht aus Polycarbonat; sie zeichnet sich aus durch einen über Scharniere klappbaren Deckel, der mittels zweier Schnappverschlüsse schnell geöffnet oder geschlossen werden kann.
In der Basisversion ist die Inert-Box mit einem Gaseinlass- und Gasauslassstutzen, einer Bodenplatte zur Fixierung von Substraten
sowie einem Bestrahlungsfenster im Deckel ausgestattet. Sie ist
geeignet für die stationäre Bestrahlung unter laufender Inertisierung.
Optional können auch ein oder zwei Ventile zum Verschließen der Inert-Box mitgeliefert werden. Diese Version ist für die mobile Bestrahlung unter konstanten Inertbedingungen z. B. auf einem Transportband gedacht.
Eine weitere Option ist die Ausstattung der Innenwandungen des Inert-Box-Unterteils mit einer diffus reflektierenden Aluminium-Folie. Diese Variante ist unter anderem für die Kantenhärtung
von 3-dimensionalen Substraten gedacht oder zur zusätzlichen Nutzung der reflektierten Strahlung von den Gehäusewandungen.
Die Addixx Inert-Box K-SV wird in der Basisversion zur Zeit in zwei unterschiedlich großen Varianten angeboten:

The Addixx Inert Box K-SV is made of polycarbonate; it features a hinged lid (top) which can quickly be opened and closed by means of two snap closures.
The basic version of the Inert Box is equipped with a gas inlet port and a gas
outlet connection, a bottom plate for fixing substrates, and a window in the
lid for irradiating. It is suitable for stationary irradiation during inertisation.
Optionally, the box can also be supplied with one or two valves for closing
the Inert Box. This version is intended to be used for mobile irradiation under constant inert conditions, e.g. on a conveyor belt.
Another option is that the interior walls of the bottom part of the Inert Box are equipped with a diffusely reflecting aluminium foil. This version is intended to be used, among other things, for curing the edges of three-dimensional substrates
or to make additional use of the irradiation reflected by the walls of the housing.
